Lucidism consists of several levels, where you go deeper and deeper into the religion and philosophy. They all work by moving the power back to you. They are all organic materials that expand over time.
You might say that it cannot be a religion if we are not controlled by a deity that tells us what to do and punishes us if we do not follow the rules. But a religion and a philosophy are about what you believe in and what gives you a sense of well-being.
We do not believe in a god above us, a demon below us. We believe the sacred is in you. You are a part of the universe, and by that also a part of the divine.
